My Poor Chichiboulie

Welcome to the Chichiboulie Blog Hop sponsored by Stamping Bella! If you've come from the sweet and wonderfully talented Amber you're in the right place. If you've just happened upon my blog, you can CLICK HERE to start from the beginning at Bloggabella.

Has gone MIA. What you say? She is missing in my craft room. I searched hi and low. So what is a crafting girl to do? She uses what Stamping Bella sends her and breaks it down!!!
Stamps: Reading Reverie, Take Time for Yourself
Paper: PTI Sweet Blush, SU Apricot Appeal, Basic Grey Urban Prairie, the paper the Bellas sample are sent on
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Extras: Copics, Nestabilities
I didn't plan for the butterfly wings to go behind the Chichi like this it just worked out like that, how cool is that?
How about a prize? In addition to the fabulous eye candy, we have decided to hide a prize somewhere along the hop! One pre-selected blogger will draw a random winner from the comments on her post, and the winner will receive a $25 Gift Voucher to Stamping Bella!!! The fun part is...we're not telling you who it is! So as you hop, make sure you leave comments on every post so you have a chance to win!! We will announce the winner on Friday in the Splitcoast forum. MWAH!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Now it's time to hop on over to see the awesome Terri.

WOOHOO FUN!!!

Ok that's all I have. I'm so tired lately that I think that took all the energy I have left. If you have any energy to spare I would to borrow some. Or if you would like to share a drink with me that would be good to. In fact that's the direction I took my Friday Fun Challenge this week. We were supposed to use the colors brown, green, purple and orange. And if you could use the colors without making a halloween card you get bonus points.

The best part is that Christi Snow is joining our Sassy Girls of Friday Fun Challenges!! We are all so happy she's joining us.

Now onto my creation...
Stamps: Rubber Romance - Parade of Cocktails; More, More, More
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper: Prism Simply Smooth White, PTI Stone & Kraft, Basic Grey
Extras: Copics, Gelly Roll Clear Glitter, Nesties, Generic Purple Jewels
Now on with the party!!!

Now if you want to check out the creation that I'm doing for Queen Kat today, it will be on their blog a little later today.

So Do You Think

Do you think you can stamp? That's what we've been asked for the last 3 weeks by My Favorite Things and the challenges haven't been getting any easier. There should be 3 more weeks with a culmination to the Grand Finale. This week was the Waltz and this one took me a little outta my box. I was pushing my stamps out of theirs as well. This is what I made at first.

However when I was done I just was satisfied with the way it looked. It just seemed to missing something BIG TIME!!! So I stepped way and got to thinking about because I really didn't want to remake the whole thing and this is what I came up with.

By the time I was done, I LOVED IT!!!
Stamps: Gone to the Dogs, Ben Paper Dolls
Paper:
PTI Soft Stone, Perfect Panels, Memory Box Butterfield Collection, Sprinkles Vellum, Bazzil CS
Ink:
Memento Tuxedo Black
Extras:
PTI Twine, Foof a La Button, Copics, Prisma, Bazzil Flower, Word Window Punch, Computer Generated Sentimen, Shimmerz Silver Bellz, Prism Bling
If you would like to see the other awesome competition that I'm up against and I mean it's stiff you can see it here.

Slight Change and More Fun

No it's not Wednesday but you get all the fun of Wednesday on Monday and Wednesday now. Royal Wednesday is going to on both days. How cool is that? That way you get twice as much of the fun during the week. I'm moving to Mondays. So you should be coming to me from talented Anita's blog. If not you may want to go back to the beginning of the hop at the Queen Kat blog.

This week's challenge was to use a Pier One Import ad. I did and used to make a fall themed card. I kinda have as a Whoo is hiding in my wreath?
I would like to apologize for the quality of the picture for some reason my camera has not been cooperating recently. I'm going to work on taking another one later today. ETA: I changed the pic but I don't that it's that much better. Oh well!
Stamps: Hooters Stamp Set
Paper: PTI Dark Chocolate, Kraft, SU Apricot Appeal
Ink: SU Whisper White
Extras: LOTS of ribbon, 18g wire, colored pencils, CB Embossing Folder Leafy Branches, Nestabilities, Eyelet & Twine (hold the wreath in place), googly eyes
I just love the googly eyes with these owls, it just seems to scream for it to me. Even though they are slightly too big for the little one once they are on you wouldn't know it.

Now on your way to the rest of the hop my little pretties...your next stop is one of my besties Ashley she always has some wonderful eye candy.

Hi I'm Sara and

I'm a paper horder/whore. I would say I was an addict but that would imply that I want help . I have so much paper I feel like the old woman that lived in the shoe, it would go somewhat this way "she had so much paper she didn't know what to do". To give you some kind of idea I was cleaning/organizing my room this weekend and making sure that at least all my paper was in one place. Here is most of it...
I have to still find room for just some of my plain cardstock. It's kind of sad. I'm trying to put myself on paper buying restriction until I go through some of it. No matter how cheap or pretty or how much I convince myself I will use I'm going to have to tell myself no until I use up some of this. OHHHH all the pretty paper how I will miss you.

Triple Your Pleasure!!

Triple Your Fun!! At least that was my philosophy for this Friday's Fun Challenge. Our challenge, first of all for this week was to get into the box or should I say make one well mainly anything not card like. How perfect was it when this week in the Weekly Inkling there was the tutorial on how to make a Watering Can? Plus the template that you could print out. It was super easy.
THEN... there was Inspiration Challenge where the hand decorated tiles by Xenia Taylor.
Stamps: Kitchen Sink Stamps - Multistep Sunflowers
Ink: Memento - Dandelion, Potter's Clay, Cottage Ivy, Desert Sand, Rhubarb Stalk, Versafine Imperial Purple
Paper: SU Apricot Appeal, PTI Spring Rain
Extras: Chatterbox Ribbon, PTI Twine & Ripe Avocado Button, K&Co Jewels

ETA: Really must stop writing these late at night. I hope my sassy girls will forgive because I to link them once again. Will you please go visit them so maybe they will forgive me?

Hey Baby, Hey Baby, Hey!!

When I was going for the So You Think You Can Stamp otherwise known as SYTYCS on the first week which was Swing. I had decided to make two mainly because I was on a roll. I wanted to share with you what I ended up making.
Stamps: Snuggle Bunnies, Essential Sentiments, Behind the Scenes
Paper: PTI Ocean Tides, Soft Stone, Perfect Panel
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black & London Fog, Palette Prussian
Extras: SU Yellow grosgrain, PTI Vintage Buttons, Gelly Rolly Sparkle Pen, Copics, Yellow Stickles, PTI Twine, Word Window Punch, Sparkle Fluff
Techniques: Flip Flop, Swing
On the inside to get the look I was going for I stamped off the Memento London Fog then went over it with Gelly Roll Sparkle pen. On top of that I stamped the sentiment. Although I think these bunny were super duper cute this is not the one I entered into the contest. I entered My Little Love Machine and came in 3rd that week.
